  My pedi told me it was the smallest dose marked on the dropper.  I don't have an exact dosage, though.

  My pediatrician said to base it on poundage.  DS was 8lbs when he got circ'd so we gave him half a mL.  It's half of the recommended dosage for 3 months.

  J is 9 lbs 4 oz and got .8 ml, the doctor used some formula to figure it out.

  My daughter is 12 lb 7 oz and we were told .4mL at her 2 MO check up.

  The usual dosage is 10mg/kg if an infant is hospitalized. However, most pedi's go with the generic 0.4mls at this point.

  DD#2 just now weighs 7.5 lbs at 2.5 months (she's a preemie) and at her 2 month appointment they gave her 0.4mls.
