What peas do you use?

The frozen ones have salt in them. So I was hesitant...Which ones do you use to make baby food?

    I am curious to see the responses to this-we tried jarred peas and he HATED them!  I hate canned peas but like fresh ones so once they are in season we may try making our own to see if he will eat them.

    I would use fresh if you can find them. DS is not a pea fan!

    Frozen, even with salt are ok. After you cook them per instructions pour them into a colander(pre mashing!!) and rinse them off. There's not salt IN them just ON them, also don't use the water you cooked them in to thin them.
