I want to get DD one but I would like to know what you have to say.

    Allison still isn't that into it, but I know she will be all about chewing on it soon enough. Right now she will hold it for a few minutes here and there when I place it in her hand. She lick it a bit or maybe keep the legs in her hand. So far thats it.

    My mom got DS one, and she brags about how much he looooves it. Which he does.

    She even got to tell about how great it was to a couple of rich-looking older ladies in a Nordstrom and how is was THE toy to get a baby, lol.

    LOL! funny that's where I'm getting it from. Socal? South Coast maybe? LOL! I have been wanting to get it but they had sold out so I had to wait till now.

    DD loves hers. It goes everywhere with us too. She really used it the last couple of months when she was teething.

    I got mine at this children's boutique at Irvine Spectrum.

    We have both Sophie and this mushroom/alien thing.  Our baby likes the mushroom better.  She can grab the loop thing well and loves gnawing on its head!

    DS doesn't chew on her yet, but he hugs her until she squeaks and then laughs his head off.

    DD absolutely loves Sophie.  She gets excited everytime I bring her out.  I don't think she "got" it until 3.5-4 months.

    I got mine on Amazon.com.  They are $15 on there right now.

    ds LOVES sophie. it took him til ab 4 months to figure out how to eat her lol, but he friggin loves her.  amazon.com has it on sale for $15 right now.

    I was thinking of buying all of these (there are 3 I think) and was curious how other babies liked them! I'm glad you said this!

    So far Sophie has been kind of a bust for DD.  However, I am still holding out hope as DD develops better hand coordination.

    DD really hasn't shown much interest in Sophie.  She will chew on her when I hold it in front of her face.  However, she usually goes for other toys when given a choice.  She likes the squeaky noise though.

    DD likes it sometimes, but personally I think it was a waste of $25 (I'm in Ontario, so a: it costs more base cost, and b: we pay 13% tax Tongue Tied).

    The winkel, however, she LOVES!!!

    We have one, the dog seems more interested in it then our daughter.  It looks like a dog chew toy.
