NTTCALR: FIL back in hospital, bad this time

1st time he went in it was for surgery to remove infected skin.

This time he went in for a check up and was short of breath. He is now on oxygen with his hemoglobin dropping. They think he has pneumonia. The infection is in his bone on his foot. He is also on Lasics (?) because they think he has congestive heart failure.

DH is acting like nothing is going on. I don't know how to put into words how he's acting. I can tell it bothers him, but he is just going about things normally.

I am so sorry you guys are going thru this. I think it's a guy thing. When my dad was in the hospital my DH would go with me to visit & they would joke about the stupidest crap. I know with my DH he just doesn't know how to act with something like that. He is not a very emotional person. He deals with things alot differently than I do. I hope that helps. Take care of DH & I hope your FIL is ok.
