  By 5 weeks they were different. I didn't have to get new bras that early, but they were firmer, rounder, and perkier.

  They got noticably bigger about a month ago.

  DH knew I was pregnant before me b/c he noticed a boobage increase that I was unaware of.  I got my BFP right at 4 weeks.

  Yeah...mine are insane already.  I'm not terribly busty, normally a 34C, and I am on the last hook on all my bras already.  I am going to have to go up a size really quickly.

  On the upside DH is in heaven.

  My actual cup size didn't ever get bigger but I was a 34D PP so I was thankful.  After about 20 weeks I had to go get bigger bras because I was carrying so high I needed a bigger band width so had to get 38D.  Now am EBF and back in my 34D for the most part and some 34DD.

  They had been growing gradually, but I had to buy a new bra last week, it seemed like when my bump became more noticeable my boobs seem to get larger quicker! Yikes...hope they slow down this hurts!
