I feel so rested!

We got a straight 7 hours of sleep last night!!! : )

The girls actually slept 7 hours straight the night before also, but we weren't expecting it so we didn't get to bed at the beginning of it.  It's kind of interesting to me that BOTH girls started sleeping that long on the same night... I guess they really are identical!

One thing that seems to have helped them:  I EBF, but sometimes pump and give them that pumped milk for the last feeding at night.  For some reason they seem to fill up more that way and sleep longer (probably because it's not as easy to doze off when they're not sandwiched between a comfy nursing pillow and a warm mama!).

    Yea!  That is awesome and how great that they started doing this at the same time (lucky you!)

    My girls started around the same time too. Congrats! And about your last meal of the day.....the girls eat for 30mins (even still). Deff the longest feeding of the day but they have been sleeping through the night since 8 weeks so Im not complaining. lol
