How often does your LO spit up?

I'm kind of curious as to how lucky I got to have 2 kids who rarely spit up (I mean, DD1 spit up maybe 4 times in her life, and DD2 is the same way). Wink

Really, I see so many posts about it so I'm wondering how common it is..

A couple times a week usually. Not a lot though. It's usually just if I put her on her tummy too soon after feeding her or if she eats a little too much.

DS has good days and bad days. Sometimes he will go three or four days without a single spit up and then bam the next day he's spitting up every 5 minutes! However, before he was on meds and rice cereal for his reflux he was spitting up all the time day and day out!
