Is this too much for a preschool snack?

Yogurt cups and animal crackers? Or should I only do one or the other? Thanks

Re: Is this too much for a preschool snack?

  • Our preschool asks for only snack and a drink so either the yogurt or the animal crackers.
  • Loading the player...
  • Don't forget to send spoons with the yogurts :)  I'm a teacher and when parents have sent in snacks like pudding and no spoons I've wanted to scream.  20+ hungry 2nd graders plus trying to find enough spoons to feed everyone in a school where the cafeteria does not like to give out spoons to classrooms is no fun.  haha

Oh, and I think that is fine to send in!

    This exactly!

  • I think its a great snack, we used to serve it when I worked in daycare. The kids liked to dip the animal crackers in the yogurt then eat the cracker. It was always a big hit.
  • As the mother of big eaters, I think this is great!  Honestly, I'm sure 3 apple slices are a snack from some kids, but my guys eat about 3 times that and still want lunch an hour later.
  • Not both.
  • Sounds perfect to me. I'd buy the smaller 4oz yogurt cups if possible and give the kids a few crackers each (buy a big bag to share) instead of individual packages.
