overdue:get the baby out!!

my overdue friend is super miserable....ate the salad, ate the pinapple, ate the eggplant parmasean, cleaning on her knees, walking her butt off, has sex twice a day   :)  what did you overdue mamas do to get that baby out??? :)

    i had sex, water broke the next day, but i guess that doesnt help, lol

    Had a needle stuck in my arm with pitocin. But then again I wasn't late either.

    Everything. Nothing worked. She came when she wanted. Even then she was stubborn and I ended up with a c-section, a week late.

    I wasn't overdue (I was 34 weeks), but I got into a screaming match with a coworker and about two minutes later my water broke.

    Cinnamon Sticks soaked in hot water and drank like a tea and sitting on the big ball thing (sorry I can't think of the technical name right now)

    I was 39 weeks, and I made a root beer float with castor oil and chased it with a Reese's pb cup. It's what my dr. suggested. Less than 24 hours later I was holding my little man!

    nothing helped me, I tried everything. I was overdue and in labor and still didnt progress. Good luck to your friend. Ouch, thinking of my contractions makes me cringe.

    Pitocin IV at 41.5 weeks.  I literally tried every possible Old Wives Tale out there.  Nothing worked.

    We cut ours out Stick out tongue

     Um, but seriously those are all old wives tales.  She just has to wait.  And if she's luckier than me she won't have to be induced at 2 weeks pp, 34 hours of labor and a C/S.
