TTC After a Loss

Here's the real racket (not TTCALR)

with that Bake & Fill cake pan?

It requires 2 mixes to do -- but the kind I'm making isn't on a base, so you really only use 1 1/2 mixes.  Betty B*tch Crocker suggests you just whip the other half mix into 12 cupcakes.

I don't have frosting for them, just my cake, so they're sitting on the counter screeching "EATMEEATMEEATMENOBODYWILLEVERKNOWEVER!!!!"

We're 4 down.  8 to go.  3 hours till Mom gets here.  Who wants to bet my week without wheat & low carb is down the drain?

  • Do you have a neighbor you could take them to?

Actually, F-that, I say eat them.

  • If you need frosting for them just melt some chocolate with some milk and make a ganache.  I would probably just eat them though.

  • Peanut butter frosting is really easy to whip up.....

Oh, wait, I'm supposed to be *encouraging* the low-carb gluten-free thing, aren't I?

    Totally.

  • I always say when I have extra cupcakes I will take some to a neighbor. Somehow it never happens and I end up eating way too many.
