yeah, my mom came over early this morning and took my prenatals that included fish oil away.

I take two prenatals. So I was able to keep the other one.

same, mine is plant based as well. I've always taken plant based vitamins as a vegetarian. Fish oil is nassssty.

When you think about it, fish oil is deprived from their skin and right beneath. All of the toxins and pollutants are stored in the oil and skin of the fish. I'll pass.

Just sent this to DH.... Thru out this pregnancy he's been pressuring me to take fish oil pills, but I cant stand anything out of the ocean (all fish, shrimp, tuna etc... NO WAY!!!!) and so when I first got pg, we looked into it. The second I saw, "less fish burps than other brands" I was like are you F-in kidding me... No way, no how, NO!!!! I put my foot down....

I am so glad I put my foot down about it, and now maybe dh will stop pressuring me thanks to this article!!!! Big Smile
