how far do you space out feedings?

I try and go for every 3-4 hours, but sometimes he takes a feeding closer together, about 4 ounces each feeding throughout the day, and at night before bed, I try to hold out so he will drink 5-6 oz.

Breastfeed every 2 hours during the day. He gets one bottle every now and then and normally only gets 2oz that way. Otherwise he'll have a MAJOR spitup multiple times.

this. It's usually every 2 hours during the day, unless he naps, then it usually stretches to 3 hours. At night, sometimes he sleeps longer stretches, but typically he's up every 4-5 hours overnight.

Generally every 2-3 hours since breastmilk doesn't keep LO full as long as formula might (or at least this is what I hear).

I feed her on demand, but she's settled into a routine of about every four hours, except one stretch overnight which is 6 hours between feeds. Obviously when a growth spurt happens then all bets are off.

We are in the middle of the growth spurt from hell, so every 2 hours or less. Yesterday he had 5oz of pumped milk and an hour and 45 min later I had to pull off the freeway to give him 3 more because he was screaming bloody murder.

This. Ends up being every 2 - 3 hours with cluster feeding right before bed and first thing in the morning. She sleeps 7 hours then 3.
