I did it!!! I said NO!!!!!

Some of you may remember me posting about a week ago about my pushy manager who wanted me to spend lots of money buying her sons hand me downs. I was trying to come up with a way to say no. Well, I finally worked again last night and got a chance to talk to her. here is how the conversation went.

Her: Did you have a chance to look through those clothes?

Me: Yeah I did they look great but DH was not really a fan of the idea of buying more clothes right now.

Her: Are you sure? There are some GREAT clothes in there?

Me: yeah, if it was up to me, I would do it, but I just don't want to start that fight with DH. Also, Hayden has most of what he needs with gifts from our parents and things I have found on clearance.

Her:Ok, well if you are sure, than that is fine....but you are missing out.

Me: I am sure (insert) Confused

Her: Well, lets go put the boxes back in my car.

Yay!! I did it and for me that is a lot. I am so not a person for conflict.
