if so, do any of you know how exactly you can get new sleeves mailed to you in order to send the movies back? we've had these 2 movies for like ever cuz we can't find the sleeves for them.. i know they'll send you new ones in order to send them back, but i don't know how to go around doing that! TIA!

There are instructions on the page under help on how to send them back. If you have the red envelopes I think you might just put them in there and notify them or something. We had to do it once but I don't remember. But they don't send you new sleeves. HTH!

haha um.. you use the same envelope they sent it to you in. you just tear off the one piece. I hope you didnt throw them away

I use it but I am not sure about the sleeves. I would just call them or look up a contact email online and just explain your situation. If you do find one, you can send 2 back in the same one. We've had to do that before.

A:

Lost or damaged the white sleeve for a disc?: put that disc in the white sleeve of another Netflix disc and return both discs in one of our red prepaid return mailers. If you are on a 1-out-at-a-time plan, just return the disc without the white sleeve in the red return mailer. The red mailer includes a special barcode that we can use to associate this returned disc with your Netflix account.
Lost or damaged the red prepaid return mailer?: just place up to two DVDs in another Netflix red prepaid return mailer. If you are on a 1-out-at-a-time plan, or can't locate any red return mailers, please send the DVD back to us inside its white sleeve, in your own return envelope with sufficient postage to the address listed below. The white sleeve includes a special barcode that we can use to associate this returned disc with your Netflix account.
Lost or damaged both white sleeve and red prepaid return mailer?: return the disc in your own return envelope including a note with your Netflix account email address, and sufficient postage, to the address listed below. gahh i found it! i just need to send them back in our own envelope with our account info and postage..

cuz we def can't find either sleeve! so it's not like we can send 2 in 1! lol.

No red mailer envelope?

If you no longer have the postage-paid mailer to return the DVD, you can either:
- Mail up to 2 DVDs in the same mailer.
- Or you may mail your DVD to:
  - Netflix
  - P.O. Box 49021
  - San Jose, CA 95161

No white sleeve?

If you no longer have the white sleeve for the DVD:
- Please send the DVD back in one of our red prepaid return mailers. The red mailer includes a barcode we can use to associate your returned disc with your Netflix Account.

Note...

If you have lost or damaged both the white sleeve and the red return mailer, please send the DVD back with a note that includes your name and email address associated with your account. If you find the white sleeve in the future, you may discard it.

We just gave the gift of a year of Netflix to my SIL's family. Her DH has cancer. That way they don't need to pay for it while dealing with medical stuff.

Look, I'm going to say this and then I'm done. You made a LOT of people angry last night and its really gutsy to come back today and talk about spending money. Do we know if its your money, no. Are we gonna ask, probably not. You cant come back today and expect everyone to be cooled off and of let it go. Not everyone lets things go in less than a day. If you want to stay, fine, but be prepared for what you get. Not everyone is going to be puppies and rainbows to you. I said what I had to say about you last night and I've really bit my tongue today. Maybe I'm terrible because I'm still a little tense from last night. Whatever.
