  • I had the exact same problem and never had it with my other pregnancies Sad.  I am doing better this week but I used nasal spray (the ocean stuff) and tylenol sinus and a humidifier in my bedroom.  It sucks to constantly have a sinus headache!!

  • I've heard that thing you drain through your nose ... epi pot, or whatever it is, works really well. I could never do it because I can't stand liquid in my nose, but you may try it.
  • As someone who lived with lifelong crappy sinus issues until finally finding the right Dr. to help - I've actually managed to keep mine pretty comfortable, thanks to sinus rinsing!  If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it - it's literally like getting to rinse your head out with warm water.  (And, not to be gross, but rinsing out everything causing the stuffiness too whereas sudafed can dry it up and make it stick in there & collect germs according to my Dr.)  There's the neti pot which is traditionally the thing used for a sinus rinse - a lot of people love them but I've never been able to do it, so I opt for the nasal rinse bottle which gently squeezes the water up one side and it drains out the other.  Definitely weird to get used to, but *heavenly* for keeping things clean & humid enough.
  • You may also be having allergies too. That coupled with prego buggers and stuff really sucks :-( I hope it goes away for you soon! Not being able to breathe is the worst!

  • Hmm I may have to try that if this doesn't get any better. My left cheek feels almost swollen.
