pre-seed..to do or not to do, that is the question..

so i've read all these great things online about pre-seed. how as soon as the person used it they got pregnant that month..is this stuff for real? i'm considering buying but i feel like if it really worked wouldn't we all be doing this? has anyone here tried, or know of anyone with success? and what about irritation from it? i'm sooo prone to UTI's...

It's a sperm friendly lube. You shouldn't get a UTI unless you stick the applicator in the wrong hole.

I just started using pre-seed two days ago. DH and I like it so far. No irritation (and I'm really sensitive to lube) and it's easy to apply. It's making baby-making sex more enjoyable, at least.

That said, pre-seed isn't some miracle product that instantly makes people pregnant! It's designed to assist conception because it doesn't harm the sperm like other lubes can. It also doesn't work for everyone, I've heard. I wouldn't pin my hopes on it but I figure it can't hurt for now.

Pre-Seed is not a miracle product. It just doesn't kill the sperm like other lubes do.

DH and I use it and like it but use it as a lube at other times than O time. I'm not counting on it to do miracles. I used it last cycle and no BFP but i use is when not around O time because i like it!

If you have a CM problem, pre-seed improves your chances. Otherwise, it's just a sperm-friendly lube.

KY is awful to use when you are TTC. Preseed is the only lube out there that doesn't actually kill sperm. It doesn't have any magical KU powers but for those who need to use a lube, preseed is what you should use. If you don't have any issues with dryness, then preseed won't do much ( except make your DH feel like he's on a Slip n' Slide)

Yes that's exactly why I stopped KY! I read terrible things about it. I even heard saliva is bad too..ha! Anyhow, DH and I both love it.
