Hit an extra zero when microwaving something and cooked for 4 minutes instead of 40 seconds. The microwave is a nasty smokey mess. Over the counter products will not remove the stink, and it has been three days. Is there some special product out there, or am I now buying a new microwave? TIA.

This - it works wonderfully.
I would do that. Also, if you mix the vinegar with water and microwave it in a big bowl for like 5 minutes, the steam from the vinegar water will loosen everything up. This works like a charm.
