your car is parked at work with your bag in it? Then I probably wouldn't keep an extra outfit... but maybe a few pads and a sweater to tie around your waist or something...
I take public transportation and I have an extra pair of pants and 3 pads in my work bag every day. My water broke last time so this time I am prepared (which means it won't happen this time!)

I have a pair of sweats, socks and underware in the car plus 2 towels just incase. I don't want to have to sit there with soaking wet clothes if I don't have to!
That's a good idea and maybe some towels too for the car-- I was just thinking of keeping one in there just in case. I won't be bringing clothes to work because it's only a 5 minute drive back home and I can change and pick up my hospital bag. The hospital is only 2 minutes from my house.
My plan is to have a towel handy, but I honestly don't care if people see that my water broke. Everyone knows I am pregnant, and I think they will get over it if they see wet pants. LOL. I agree with PP, it will probably just keep leaking anyway
The hospital is only 10 minutes from my work so I'll just keep a towel in the car. I think it would take me longer to get changed than to get to the hospital!!
Re: Extra clothes at work
I never thought about this but I guess if my water broke at work I would not stay there I would leave right away.....
I guess it is a good idea.
