Honestly, it's just another week. Viability actually depends on many factors besides GA. 22 weeks is considered the first possible GA where a baby can possibly survive, the odds go up every day you can tack on. At 24 weeks odds for survival are 40-70% depending on the institution and what was done prior to delivery (steroids, etc).
There's nothing magic about turning 24 weeks--I don't get why it's even a landmark.
