Seatbelt Question

Do you always adjust your seatbelt to be below your belly? I was driving home tonight and realized mine was directly across my belly... and I never noticed! So I'm gonna have to pay more attention to make sure it's snugly below my bump instead of across it.

I didn't know this was an issue? I'd heard that it was fine to have it across your belly and over your shoulder?

I make sure that it is under my belly.

I tend to push it below the bump only because the baby seems to kick when it is tight on my belly. I also get claustrophobic and hate having things tight on my belly.

I try to put it under my belly but it keeps running up . . . . kind of makes me nervous, though.

I read that you're not supposed to have it across your belly... God forbid you get in an accident or stop short, if the force of the seatbelt is at belly-level, it can hurt LO.
