Trig was admitted to the hospital :(

in Success after IF
Trig was admitted to children's tonight. Mommy instinct was right, he is very sick. They did a ct scan and found very extensive sinusitis - fluid in every cavity of his little head. He will get better but I am very worried. Still have to talk to docs but we'll be here a few days while Trig gets iv antibiotics. Thoughts and prayers very much appreciated.

    I'm glad you followed your instinct and took him to the ER today.  I hope Trig feels better and gets to come home soon!

    Mommy instinct is always right...even if they sent him home it is better in my opinion to get checked out.  Poor little man.  I hope he is feeling better soon.

    Mommy instinct is almost ALWAYS right - so glad you followed yours - so SAD is he so sick!!  Poor baby.  I'm so sorry and I hope he's feeling MUCH better soon!

    Oh no, poor little guy. I can't imagine how scared you must be but the good thing is that he is now in good hands. Good for you for following your mother's intuition.

    I am just now sitting down for the day/night so I just saw your original post. I am SO sorry about Trig-but you did the right thing.

    Hang in there.....being in the hospital with your child is not easy. I hope he gets better very soon.

    Please keep us posted. I will be thinking of you guys.

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.
