  We use it with our prefolds and haven't had any trouble.  We just started using BG 3.0, and will continue to use the cream for now, and don't anticipate any problems.

  I've been using it and have not found it very effective as a diaper cream, but yes, it is CD safe.

  Ditto. It works for clearing up mild redness but that's about it.
