DD's daycare is closing in 2 weeks...

and we just announced that we're expecting baby #2! And we loved our daycare peeps!

Anyway, our daycare was on Woodrow, off of Koenig. Close to work. We live South, so we'll also look closer to home but we prefer close to work since we both work at the same place and it cuts down on the time our kids will spend in daycare. We work at Braker and MoPac and live near Manchac and Wm Cannon, so we'd need places close to one of the two locations.

Here's our list of placed to call. Any other raves or comments about these places? The kicker is we were paying $650 for newborn to 18 mths and that is impossible to find in this area.

Faith Lutheran (also on Woodrow)

Abiding Love Lutheran (south, heard great things about this place)

Happy Hearts Bilingual (on Manchaca)

Berkley United Methodist (off Manchac)

    I love my kids' day care but it is located in Northeast Austin. From Mopac & Braker it would probably be a 15 or so minute drive. If you want more info, email me at ruby44 dot austin at gmail.com.

    ETA: it is $700/mo for infants to 18 months and it is bilingual

    I don't have any info on the day cares you listed... sorry!

    What hours are you looking for? The place where DS goes is $625/mo for infants. It's on Manchaca.  Let me know if you want more info.
