Anyone know of any studios on the south shore that offers prenatal yoga?

    Hi, I live in Braintree and I am signing up for a series (package of 8 classes or so) of prenatal yoga at the Healing Tree in Quincy Center, it starts March 14th & is every Sunday 3-4:15, cost: $75, you can call & reserve a spot still I believe https://www.healingtreeyoga.com/

    If your only interested in taking a class at a time then you could try Mama Moves in Norwell or Open Doors Yoga in Weymouth Landing on Thursday nights I believe...if you google them they both have their schedules online.

    If you go to Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates for your care, they offer it too. I took prenatal yoga in the Quincy office.

    Braintree might be a little too far, given my hours at work. Although I have been to open doors, and love it there! Sooooo, now my interest is sparked! Thanks so much!! Big Smile

    A friend of mine teaches prenatal yoga and pilates at Mamas Move in Norwell.  They have lots of other classes too for both pre and post-partum as well as daycare/playgroup options.

    Massasoit Commmunity College in Brockton is offering a pre-natal yoga class starting March 22nd and running until May 10th. The classes are on Monday nights from 6:30 pm. to 8:00 p.m. and it only costs $107.

    My girlfriend and I signed up and can't wait!
