  Mine took about a week, but that was over the holidays and my old OB's office was really slow.  My new OB gets bloodwork back within 2 days.

  Is this the quad screen? If so, I had my blood drawn at 16 weeks and was told my results at my 20 week appt. My office goes by "no news is good news".

  I got mine in 4 days...really depends on the lab though from what ive seen.

  I think it depends on the lab/doctor's office. I heard a week, but then the nurse told me a few days. They called me 2 days later.

  Mine was 10 BUSINESS days.  I had it done Feb. 9, it was pending on Feb. 19 and finally the results were in on Feb. 22.

  Good luck!  Hopefully it's just CA AFP that is so slow.
