Did you see my Gudonya review earlier today?  I know you were interested in their products.

  • Oh, I sure did! Thanks for posting... In fact, I am trying to narrow down what to order, because I don't really have a lot of money to spend due to hubby being out of work.... I do need some shampoo/conditioner anyway, so I figured I'd try it. Now the scent.... I just can't pick! I am leaning towards something fruity for summer... maybe the strawberry...

I also checked out the other balms you mentioned (keep calm). Do you have a fav there? I wonder the difference between the 'keep calm' and the 'better than average' versions.....

Thanks for posting such a detailed review! I like that!

  • You're very welcome.  I love reading those types of reviews, too.  And, I admit...I'm a pretty skeptical person when it comes to skin/body/hair care products.  I'm fussy, even with salon brands.  lol

I'll be honest -- the body wash probably won't do much for me.  I still love my Dr. Bronner's for that purpose.  And, the shave goop can be replaced with great succes by Dr. B's, as well.

I LOVE the sMOOchy bar -- very pampering!  I'll be buying those again.  A word of caution about the chocolate scent, though.  You will want to EAT the bar.  It smells unbelievable.

So, yeah, if I had to pick three items it would be the shampoo, conditioner, and sMOOchy.

I tried three flavors of the Keep Calm balm (strawberry, peppermint, and almond).  Almond is my favorite of those, hands down.  I keep it stashed in the little compartment in my sewing machine.  That way, when I contort my face all wonky whilst sewing, I can at least have moisurized lips.  LOL
