did you have any 'creepy' teachers in school?

i was just talking to H about this.  he had a teacher that used to look down the girls' shirts when they came up to this desk.    another gym teacher would watch the boys shower (who was later busted for child porn-- go figure eww)   ETA: there was another teacher rumored to be sleeping with students when the went away on some trip.  I saw pictures of him from that time period and omg, i said yes, yes he most definitely was!  i wish i could PIP lol

 

i had one teacher in 6th grade that creeped me out, he would always go up to the boys and give them back rubs (!!!)    he also wore cover up on his face, and had 4 dust busters in his classroom that he made everyone use after each class.   uhh hello weird!

 

we had another gym teacher in 7th grade, who was VERY attractive, young etc... However he would outright leer at the girls, in a very very creepy way.  at the time we thought "ohh he is so cute ha ha"  but now i look back and i think, wtf 7th grade girls??????

    Yes, in highschool some teachers you'd question their relationship with certain students.  Funny how about 2 years after I graduated those same teachers were in the paper for sleeping with students!

    Yes and every single one of them that we suspected was "creepy" later on got busted for either sexual assault, sexual abuse, or statutory rape. There were probably 5 in all.

    Yup.  Government senior year we had a teacher who worked at the school for 30 years or something like that.  Mr. George.  He would hit on the female students, make them sit up front in class, especially if they were wearing a skirt that day... It was a running joke at school.  Most said he was "harmless."  He still creeped me out.

    Once a "shop" teacher told the boys in the class that he got to "sleeping" with his new girlfriend over the weekend. I gave him the most vile, disgusted look ever and he responded: "What, they're 8th grade boys, thats what they want to know!"

    They were all creepy. Women & men alike. The drama teacher was always making out with the boys in the class. The economic teacher was always out back smoking pot with the football students. The ROTC teachers were always hitting on the girls. There wasn't a sane teacher at my school.

    Not in high school, but in college I had a professor tell me I looked just like his wife did when she was younger.  And he talked a lot about how hot his wife was.  My lab partner thought it was hilarious, I was a bit creeped out by it.

    H.S. Band Directr used to have students over all the time. Someone went to use his home phone and overheard him and a female drummer talking about how she thought she might be pregnant with HIS baby.

    WTF you think?

    No so much, his wife was a former student of his.

    He is on FB now and has friended a bunch of people from the band. Creepy!

    Yep the Bio teacher would say "Yellow today, Nicole?" to my friend. You could apparently see her bra color through the back of her shirt. He also only taught about sex and not the actual biology. He showed us episodes of Degrassi from the 80s to get us to never have sex or our penises would rot off and then we would get pregnant AND DIE.

    I'm fairly certain he slept with my sister's friend. He is a worthless piece of sh!t and I would love to see him fired. He told us about his wife's chigger bites on her crotch...yeah not something I cared to hear during "biology"

    Oooooh yeah...my sister and I were just discussing this!!! We had a teacher who would give all the girls shoulder massages!!! I can't believe he got away with it! It wasn't THAT long ago!

    There was a substitute teacher that would cover the area schools....he was a cross dresser.  He never came to school dressed as a woman, but you would see him out in public and he would get recognized.  He came, dressed as a woman, to the local restaurant that several of us worked at while in high school, and he left shortly after because people recognized him.   He is now a greeter at Walmart.

    There was also a science teacher, health teacher, and latin teacher that were all creepy.  They would just act weird and say weird things.

    oh we did have a tennis coach who was notoriously creepy and known for having hot tub parties with students and girls on the tennis team, people pretty much knew to stay away from him- I think HE wanted something inappropriate to happen but I think the students were mainly creeped out by him and avoided him altogether.

    He gave me birthday spankings for my 15th birthday.... 15 of them. ?SO wrong.?

    Ha, yes. My Literature teacher wrote a letter to my very pretty next door neighbor (who was a sophomore at the time) apologizing for all his inappropriate thoughts about her. Apparently it was part of his therapy, but I don't think the therapist meant for him to actually give her the letter.

    Funnily enough, he was my CCD teacher that year too. So while he was under investigation by the school system, once a week we got to learn how to be good Catholics from him ;)

    When I was in elementary school, our gym teacher would give birthday spankings. I never got them, but I would be so relieved when my birthday would not fall on a phy ed day.

    My 7th grade gym teacher is in jail for raping a number of girls over a period of 20 years.  ...well, he might be getting out around now.  My class was the second to last one he had.

    DH's priest in grade school was a child molester.  He looked him up the other day and the guy has been shuffled to another branch of the Catholic Church for the umpteenth time.  DH was not a victim, because he hate church and always thought the man was creepy.  He still tells MIL "I told you so" on the rare occasion.

    Apparently, weirdos are pretty common.  We will definitely be teaching DD to listen to her "uh oh bells."

    A guy I used to teach with MARRIED one of his students when she graduated (she was 18, he was 32). That leads me to believe there was a relationship going on when he was her teacher. He did not return the following year.
