  Mine do that when I get cold & wearing a bra. OUCH!! It has now graduated to the insides of my boobs burning in the cold (I joke with DH that the milk ducts are frozen!). It started happening right around the time that I started leaking so my guess is it is just everything expanding/getting ready for milk.

  Yes, mine burn!  I am 18 and half weeks.  I finally broke down and rubbed lotion all over them.  I had read not to, and to just leave them alone.  I am keeping soap off of them, but they are hard and sore all the time!

  Lol! It WAS cold in our room last night. I think they're getting ready to leak haha idk though. When does that usually happen?

  Mine started leaking around 25 weeks and they occassionally itch, burn tingle. So I figure it has to do with the leaking and maybe growing. I thought that leaking was something I wouldn't have to worry about until after the baby got here, no such luck!
