all depends on how fast they get the rest of their teeth... if a bunch grow in together it's actually better IMO- because it's less time to be super fussy... and then the 2 yr molars come in right when you forgot about teething and it starts again for a while
Zxavier had a tooth at 4 months and Tristan followed a week after and I think within the next couple of weeks they each had another one...they're fussy on and off (sometimes worst than others) it seems, but I haven't seen a tooth since then...I wonder when/where the next one's will be in
I used someone's recomendations of getting Hyland's teething tablets that are all natural, IMO they've helped

It all depends on the kid, how much medication you give them, and how fast their teeth come in. My oldest DD wasn't a complainer, and only occassionally woke up at night. My trio are still drooly and b!tchy about their teeth, two more so than the other. Medication dulls the pain, so they never get used to it. Unless you can help it, try to avoid it so they kind of "butch up" to the pain, kwim?
Re: first tooth fussies... how long do they last?
