nearly as "healthy" as it was originally touted to be? i always thought it was low GI, apparently-it's quite the opposite ugh

well, it IS low GI technically, but it's essentially high fructose corn syrup ew.

Apparently some people are still saying it's healthy and others are now saying it's not. I'm sticking with honey in moderation.
