How do you feel about Cottonbabies?

I ordered a couple of items from them a week or two ago. They came in a timely manner but one item was wrong. It has been a little more of a hassle getting things corrected than I had hoped and I am still waiting on my corrected item. They have some other things I need to pick up so am hoping this was a fluke. Fluke or par for the course?

Fluke, I believe. They have been nothing but superior for us.

I had a package destroyed by usps and even a diaper missing. They replaced the diaper and the ones that were dirty from the usps. I have many other great experiences.
