French Toast with maple syrup (80 calorie slice cinnamon bread). It was delicious. My hubby want pierogies but I wanted French Toast.

a chicken/rice/veggies bake. tastes SO good and i don't have to be in the kitchen for more than 10 minutes. just 50 minutes in the oven! i can't wait for it to get done!
