Camp Hill/Newbie

I am new here so I wanted to introduce myself first. My DH and I are first time parents due in August living in the Camp Hill area. Excited and nervous as I am sure is very normal.

I have spent some time on the 1st Trimester board, but I have a question for you ladies. 

Unfortunately I will not be a SAHM and I was wondering if any of you know of good daycares in the area? I have googled and went on several websites but have not had much luck. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    Our son goes to The Children's Garden in Shiremanstown.  The other we considered was The Children's Family Center at Messiah Village.  If we needed full time care I would have considered the Capital Area Children's Center in Camp Hill.  A friend sends her daughter to Kidz Quarterz in Mechanicsburg and likes it there.  I've also heard great things about Chesterbrook in Camp Hill.

    Good luck with your search.  I'd recommend visiting several and at different time of day to get an idea for what fits for your family.

    Thank you so much. I will look into them. I called a place that is really close but the woman was pretty nasty on the phone which made me wonder how she talks to the children. Not a good first impression.

    I just started to send my baby to Kidz Quarterz in Camp Hill (near Holy Spirit), they have a discount for Highmark employees so that sold us. It is hard to find a place that you will love 100% but so far I have no big complaints.

    We use Children's Family Center in Mechanicsburg (at Messiah Village) and have been very happy with them. I really liked Chesterbrook in Camp Hill but couldn't justify the price and location.
