Sex and the City Fans

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I just saw the trailer for Sex and the City 2. Now I am a die hard SATC fan, seen every episode, watched the movie a thousand times BUT I honestly think they should have quit after one movie. I mean they did such a great job of wrapping up all the stories and I think the second movie might just ruin it. What more could they possibly add? Anyone out there agree with me or am I alone in this thought?

    I'm not really a die hard fan, but I do agree with you.  They wrapped everything up really well with the 1st movie, it should have been the last.  JMHO.

    I know what you mean. The story lines are really getting dragged out. Still, I'm going to watch it for the clothes :)

    I also know someone who got a small part in it so I'm pretty excited about this one.

    I LOVE the show. I haven't seen the new trailer. I agree the first movie did well on wrapping up the stories but I am interested on what this new movie will bring. I guess I just don't want SATC to go away yet.:(

    I am a die hard fan and I loved the 1st movie but I think they are going to kill a good thing by doing this 2nd movie.

    I haven't seen the trailer but I agree with you. I have no idea what SATC 2 is going to be about because everything has already been said and done. Am I going to watch it? Absolutely but I don't think it's going to be as good as the first one.

    I can understand why you would think that but I am actually looking forward to the next movie.  I am a die hard fan too and I miss the watching those characters (as silly as that sounds).  I swear that I could just watch them for 2 hrs. and be completely happy.  I'm not too concerned about the storyline because I think I will be happy no matter what.

    I'll watch.  Just because I love the characters and miss having fresh SATC in my life, not because I'm expecting much from another installment.

    I'm wondering what it will be about, too. Maybe Carrie and Big will go through IVF or something?

    But I'm also in it for the clothes and purses and shoes and jackets ...
