Does anyone watch Toddlers and Tiara's?

I've never watched it and I was flipping through the channels, never mind how nutty these moms are and how grown up these kids look, but are some of them wearing some kind of teeth overlays?! They look so big and fake!

I have. I'm in awe of how some of those kids are so patient and can keep up with it all day long. I can't imagine P doing that.
