Why did the LOs sleep at grandmas but wont sleep at home?

I got stuck at grandmas for 2 weeks b/c of the blizzard and the LOs napped like champs there!!!! now that we are home im back to them never napping and being CRANKY!!! i do everything i can to match what i did at g-mas but nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thoughts on why like a light switch they would stop napping?  could it be they know at g-mas there were 3 adults and now at home they know they have me out numbered?? hahahah HELPPPP i just want to sit in quiet!~

    Could there be a temperature difference between your house and your gma's?  Are they sleeping in the same thing (crib or pack and play) they did at your gma's as at your house?

    Temperature or how dark the room was? What about distance to sound (were they further away from noise there)? Try to think of all of the different extraneous variables.

    Since I'm seeing that like us, babies are creatures of habit and routines have a lot to do with triggering when and how to sleep and nap, I'm thinking that at grandma's house they had a clean slate for how naps were suppose to happen and when.  I would look at where they napped, how, time, etc and then see if you can replicate that at home.
