What are your fave baby gifts? Etsy? Personalized?

DH has 6 cousins that are pregnant, I have two, and we have a sister in law. Crazy! I usually get first time moms a canvas bag filled with goodies, but these are all 2nd, 3rd, or 4th babies. I want to get something under $20 and personalized. I found a few nice frames at personalizationmall.com but wanted to see what other ideas there were.

personalized frames seem to get dated easily. But hats, blankets, burp cloths, something usable is great!

I LOVE my monogrammed burp clothes. They're the cloth diaper kind, had a ribbon trim, and DS's first initial monogrammed on them. I especially liked using them when we went somewhere nice (restaurant, church, etc.).

My go-to gift these days is a small canvas tote bag from Lands End, personalized with either the baby's name or initials. We got it as a gift and use it almost every day! There are always colors on sale, so you can get the gift (incl. shipping and personalization) for around $20. Everyone who has gotten one from us feels so special and it is functional and unique.
