So weird! I know someone in a commercial! LOL

The woman in the Freestyle diabetes commercials they're airing during the Olympics coverage is totally my DH's cousin's ex-girlfriend.  She helped us paint our house when we first bought it and came to our wedding.  LOL 

I wasn't watching the other night, just listening and I thought, "gosh, that sounds like ______" and when I looked up it was her. We knew after they broke up that she headed to Los Angeles to pursue acting, but I never thought I'd actually see her in anything. Surreal!

    Isn't that the weirdest, surreal feeling?  I've seen 4 separate people that I went to either hs/college with, and it never stops being cool!  The craziest was during last year's SuperBowl, the Bud Light (I think) commercial where they are all sitting around in a budget meeting and the guy suggests they stop spending money on Bud Light, then they throw him out the window?  Yeah, I went to school with that kid all the way through until college. 

    I literally YELLED, "OMG!  That's XXX XXXXXXXXX !!"

    That's neat!

    I've seen people wearing my clothes in commercials before.  I got a kick out of that.

    My dad was in a local commercial when I was in 8th grade and it was mortifying. lol.

    Dh has a friend that started modeling in high school but he never told anyone. One day he opened a magazine & there was his friend in an underwear ad!

    Isn't weird to see people like that.  A few years ago there was a fitness commercial on and the spokeswoman during the whole thing looks just like my niece.  She is not that "buff" but looks OK.  I couldn't beleive it was her.  I finally asked her and sure enough...it was her.  Weird.
