NTR- Anyone work for Turbo Tax and

want to answer my question?  Going on 20 minutes of holding now.  Just so I can ask how to download last years version again with our tax info.

    Assuming you are DL'ing it to the same computer, it should update with last year's info automatically.  That's what it did for us when we DL'ed last week.  It should ask you for any changes to your personal info once all of last year's info is transferred over.

    I'm guessing this didn't happen?

    Nope different computer.  Last year we downloaded and previous years online version.  Inconsistency :(

    Although, when I logged into the online version it was able to access last years info. . .not sure how that works.

    In past years mine has always pre-filled all personal info but I noticed this year it didn't. I couldn't figure it out and just filled it in again...it really didn't take that long (probably less than 20 mins...lol).
