Hi, ladies! I have a question that I hope you can help me with. I am on antibiotics this cycle so my CM isn't very ideal. I had a couple days of watery CM but there wasn't a lot and I didn't get any EWCM. Anyways, I am feeling very defeated this cycle as a result. Did any of you conceive with less than ideal CM?

    Yes!  I was on clomid and it really dries up your CM.  GL!

    Yes!  I always have lousy CM.  Always.  Never a day in my life was I not dry as a bone.  (well, maybe a day, but we won't go there)  Anyway, CM is good, but it's not the only piece to the puzzle.  Don't worry about it.  Just wait and see what happens.  Can't wait for you to come join us!  Smile

    Yes. Once I started actively TTC again and looking for EWCM, there was nothing. I?m not even totally convinced my body makes it.

    I did! I O'd way early the month after m/c. I didn't realize I O'd until it had already happened. We were supposed to be TTA for one more cycle. I had wateryish CM so I thought O was close, but I usually get globs of EWCM when it's time (sorry if TMI).
    Oct 2008 m/c #1 5 weeks, May 2009 m/c #2 4w5d. BFP 6/23/09 EDD 3/8/10!

    After 1 year of TTC#2 BFP May 2011 m/c #3 4w2d. Off to RE.

    Round 1: Femara + Ovidrel +TI = BFP! EDD 2/20/12

    I was on a break cycle and took Robitussin for a cold. It ended up creating tons of CM...more than I would typically have. I highly recommend Robitussin (the plain kind).

    02/08 BFP resulted in m/c 4/10/08 (11 weeks)
    10/08 Clomid Cycle #1 = m/c 11/7/08 (6 weeks)
    03/09 Clomid Cycle #2 = BFN
    3 rounds of Femara + Ovidrel + IUI =BFN
    10/18/09 2nd Break Cycle (post HSG) before IVF #1 = BFP!

    I've always struggled with CM, but think that pre-seed is the way to go!  I also took mucinex while ttc and think that may have helped a little too.  GL!

    Thank you so much, ladies! I feel so much better! I think I'll try Preseed if I don't get my BFP. I bought Mucinex and then decided against it for this cycle. Argh. I drank a lot of green tea but I think my antibiotics ruined all my hard work. Thanks, again! I appreciate all your responses!

    I never had good CM. I used preseed when we had sex but also had an IUI for our successful cycle. Dont feel defeated. If you dont get your BFP, consider getting preseed for the future. It definitely helped us.

    Ditto on the preseed.

    Also, the FAM woman I worked with told me to get my CF (CM) from way up high near the cervix, especially if you are no longer in your twenties, cause apparently we more mature woman make less than when we were younger. Anyway, I saw a distinct difference and found some that was egg-whitey when I really thought I didn't make any either.
