    I haven't read it, but there's a DSLR book for Dummies.

    I found this book really helpful.  I got the one for my camera of course, but it will help you understand all the functions of your camera and when & how to use them.

    I think I'm headed towards a similar book, but with all 5 star reviews. Something specific to my camera is a great idea, thanks!
