Birthday advice

I am finishing up the planning for DD's party, but I am stuck on the favors for the kids. What would you like better? We are doing a flower garden theme.

1. Classic candy bag with random toys (bouncy ball, rings, etc)

2.  Small flower pot to decorate and seeds to plant

 I will be giving the center pieces to the adults, potted Gerber daisy's
