Who's working today? If you are off for the holiday, do you have any special plans for today? I am off but DH has to work. No plans yet but if the weather is as nice as yesterday then we will go to the park.
How was your weekend & Valentines Day? We had to cancel our dinner plans Friday night because of C's molars, but she seems to be doing better. DH made dinner Saturday night and yesterday we have my family over for dinner. Very nice!
What are you looking forward to this week? A short week and nice weather!
If you could go on vacation right now, where would you go? Bora Bora or somewhere nice and all inclusive where I didn't have to think about a thing - lots of magazines, cold beer and a warm sun.

How was your weekend & Valentines Day? It was good...I was able to get some stuff done on Saturday and we had breakfast with my sister & BIL yesterday and a nice dinner at home with my ILs.
What are you looking forward to this week? I'm already looking forward to the weekend. lol. Seriously, this is a big week for us so I just want to focus on getting through each day.
If you could go on vacation right now, where would you go? Disneyland--and I know it really wouldn't be vacation but I could use a dose of the Happiest Place on Earth.

How was your weekend & Valentines Day? Crappy. All 3 of us are sick, so we're all miserable and have had to cancel all of our plans for yesterday and today
What are you looking forward to this week? I *was* looking forward to seeing my aunt and uncle (they live in Maine) but we had to cancel because we're all sick. They haven't met Max yet.
If you could go on vacation right now, where would you go? At the moment, I've got Disney on the brain since we're starting to plan our first trip for next year, but more likely somewhere warm where I can sit around and be waited on... Hawaii maybe?

I know it doesn't count for everyone as a vacation but we went camping in August!
Who's working today? If you are off for the holiday, do you have any special plans for today? Not me! I'm on maternity leave - but if I wasn't I'd probably be at work today. Only real plans for today are to take the kiddos to playgroup.
How was your weekend & Valentines Day? Good! Spent Sat. with some friends over at the Nut Tree Park and Fentons in Vacaville. Yesterday I was treated to DimSum for brunch and we had a family dinner here at home with the kiddos, my parents, ILs and niece.

I'm off today ( usually am off ), but dh has the day off so that is nice. We are organizing the house, painting the baby's room, and continuing to clean, clean, clean !

Worked all day Saturday, went shopping yesterday and found an outfit for my baby shower, had Cheesecake Take-out last night and watched " Time Travellers wife " ! Vday isn't a big deal in our house, so I was happy when I got some white roses.

My Mom comes in town on Thursday night ! I haven't seen her since xmas.

Who's working today? If you are off for the holiday, do you have any special plans for today? DH doesn't have the day off, and actually he has to go into SF today, which is rare - he usually works from home. So it's just me and the little guy!
How was your weekend & Valentines Day? Nice weekend, took a walk at the Rez with the boys, and got two very nice v-day cards from them
What are you looking forward to this week? Hoping my mom will visit tomorrow, then having some friends over later this week!

I'm off today, so is Todd. We're about to take the pup for a walk, then do lots of gardening and yard work. Just hanging out around the house
How was your weekend & Valentines Day?
It was great...beautiful baby shower Saturday, had Todd's aunt over yesterday and had a picnic in the park...spent most of Valentine's Day tiring out the puppy, but since it was so pretty and sunny out, it was a TREAT. Cuddled up at the end of the day and had dessert for dinner and watched Chocolat. We'd both never seen it until last night and we LOVED it. Super sweet.
What are you looking forward to this week?
It's only a 3-day work week, so that's good. Friday morning, we get to interview with Rustie and a local doggy daycare so I'm excited about that.
If you could go on vacation right now, where would you go?
Maui. I would always go back to Maui. Again and again and again.

We watched Time Traveler's Wife Too! How funny. DH actually chose it of the ones I gave him options to pick, so I didn't feel bad. I thought it was much better than I expected based on what i had heard. Just had to totally not think about the ridiculous time traveling aspect and just focus on the acting and relationships. I also did not read the book so it may have helped me to like it more. We both liked it.

Working. I was supposed to be off but was sick most of last week and needed to come in.
How was your weekend & Valentines Day? Weekend was great. Celebrated the LO's birthday, moved, went out for a date night, had a cake. Busy, busy, busy.
What are you looking forward to this week? Getting over this damn cold. I'm dying to get out for a run in the gorgeous weather! We've also got Maddy's birthday party this weekend. Pizza, beer and caterpillars. Should be fun.

Somewhere tropical where all the drinks come with little umbrellas in the them and are served at a swim up bar.

Who's working today? If you are off for the holiday, do you have any special plans for today? I have the day off, hoping to see some friends in a bit and then not sure what we are doing.
How was your weekend & Valentines Day?My weekend was pretty good. Friday friends took me out for my birthday and that was nice, Saturday we went on a double date with my cousin and his wife. We went to the cheesecake factory and then walked around a bit, it was fun.
Yesterday the three of us went to the park, then lunch. Then came home and played in the backyard. Then I cooked a candlelight dinner for DH, it was sooo yummy.
What are you looking forward to this week? No highlights that I can think of, back to the work grind next week.

Who's working today? If you are off for the holiday, do you have any special plans for today? I'm off today. Well, now I'm off every Monday, but today would have been a holiday day for me anyway. No special plans...going to go for a walk once DS wakes up from his nap, and then grocery shopping and meal prep in the afternoon.
How was your weekend & Valentines Day? Saturday morning we went to a brunch with my mothers' group, which was fun. And V-day was nice. We went to visit DH's grandma, and then had a yummy dinner at home once DS was down for the night.
What are you looking forward to this week? Trying to get my butt in gear to go back to my lunchtime yoga classes!
If you could go on vacation right now, where would you go? Oooh, hmm. Probably somewhere like Tahoe. Within driving distance, but far enough to feel like a getaway.

pretty good, Sat went to sil for bunco which didnt last long since olivia wasnt having it at the in laws and we had to leave after an hour(yay lol I hate leaving olivia) Sun. went to SF to go to the disney family museum (might sound weird but we LOVE disney) buut we got lost since we werent paying attention and didnt take the right freeway. got there with about an hour left but it was still worth it and we are def going back to take our time. Came home to take a nice relaxing bath while dh put olivia to bed. So worked out well for me

I'm home as usual but DH is working, so it's just me and my little guy doing things around the house, maybe will go out and enjoy the sun a little bit.

We had a great weekend, DH finally had some time off so we enjoyed a nice morning walk and coffee/breakfast Saturday morning, then relaxed at home and last night for V day my parents watched Jay while DH and I went to SF for a date night, it was very fun but also very crowded there!

some nice sunny weather and getting out of the house to the library/park
