DS did NOT want to go this weekend....

I told him he gets to see his cousin that he likes so much.  He said that he didn't care, they are "getting mean" again.  He won't tell me what is going on though.  (all this after the elephant incident)   We go to a neurtral exchange site for exchanges and for some reason I misjudged the time and was 20 min late.  (I did call the place and I am NEVER late)  Nathan was almost in tears because he was going to get "yelled at all the way to their house"  I made sure that I told the people at the drop off place to tell them I was sorry.  So we will see.  I don't know what to tell him anymore. 

Anyhow, thanks for reading.  I guess it is time to get him back to a counselor again.

    It just breaks my heart that he is being FORCED to go there. At what point can you appeal or go back to court? Can you use the therapist as a witness?

    Is there any chance you can get back to court and get a different judge?  I HATE what Nathan goes through and hate even more that this judge seems ok with it.

    He was asking for when he gets to decide.  We have tried to get a new judge, this judge will not let it go!  I have an awesome new lawyer who has already made some things happen, (before spermdonor only had a vacation, now I get the same.)  I am glad that Nathan is seeing through the crap.  (taking him to Disneyworld, and all the other places he goes)  Luckily, he is rarely alone with the spemdonor or his parents, his cousin is normally with him.
