What horrible advice from my FB friend's pedi

I just saw this post from an old work acquaintance of mine that her pedi told her to let her one month old CIO b/c she (the baby) would have issues. Indifferent

And, yes, I did reply to it about children being unable to self soothe until 4 months old, reccommended Dr. Ferber's book for her and her pedi, and offered up hugs b/c I know how hard it is being a first time mommy and the overwhelming fear of setting up "bad habits".

I tried really hard not to come across pushy, but I had to say something. I can't stand the idea of a 1 month old crying it out.
