Sippy cup help

How often do you offer your LO a sippy, what do you put in it, and how many ounces?  DD didn't have any interest in a sippy last time we tried, but I want to try to re-introduce it.  Thanks!

    We offer DS an ounce or two of water in his sippy at every meal and sometimes during the day if he shows interest in what we are drinking.

    We give one to her at every meal including snacks.  We only do water, but will be moving to milk this week since LO will be one in a few weeks.  Just keep trying.  We have 4 different types.  Have you tried a different style?

    I have only tried 2, I know there's a lot out there, I'm making a Target run later today so maybe I'll try a different kind.  Thanks!

    At every solid meal and snack....about 4 oz...

    We been offering ds the sippy since 6 months old but only showed interest the last month..
