Dupage Medical Group??

Hi! I just got my BFP last week, and I set my first appointment with Dupage Medical Group. Just wondering if anyone is using/used them for your OB during pregnancy and what kind of experience you had there. They said my first appointment (at 8 weeks) will be 2 hours. Curious what will happen at the appointment- too early to hope for an ultrasound???

Well, there are several DMG locations. I just delivered with the docs from the Downers Grove location and liked them all alot.
At my 8 week, they did an ultrasound. If you haven't had a pap lately, they do that too. They also do blood work. I don't think it took 2 hours, but it was probably at least an hour.
I delivered with the Naperville group. I didn't have bloodwork done at my appt, I had to get it done at a separate time by the lab. I liked the doctors and nurses a lot. The only complaint I had about the group at Edward was that the nurse practitioner sucked and I ALWAYS had to wait a really long time for my appts. They seem really overbooked, so I may choose a different group next time.

I used the group out of the Bloomingdale/Wheaton locations and LOVED them. I had a wonderful experience and loved my doctors. Will you be delivering out of CDH? If so, its a fabulous hospital and can't say enough good things about it. Good Luck!!
