I am struggling to find more exciting breakfast options! We're alternating between oatmeal and waffles from Whole Foods that have no eggs. What else!?!? She must be bored ... I'm going nuts just looking at it!
Has she been tested for the allergy? The first time DD had egg whites at 11 1/2 months she had an allergic reaction, her eye swelled up and she got a rash, we tried again about a month later and she's been fine ever since.
Bisquick heart healthy biscuit and pancake mix is egg free. To make pancakes use ener-G in place of the egg. We made them last weekend with ener-g and coconut milk since DS is allergic to milk, soy and eggs and they tasted great.
