My pot smokin boss JUST LAYED ME OFF!!!!

should I be bummed or ESTATIC!!! ? I "get" to work the rest of today and then he told me to go file unemployment.  Can we all say blessing in disguise?!

    certainly - perhaps look at what your record of employment has stated as the reason for the layoff?

  • It would not even be worth it to go thru all the trouble of a he said she said case and besides.  Even tho he is a complete mess I totally love his family and would never put them thru that.  He is laying me off because he is a greedy bastard and "does not have enough money to pay me".  So whatever I'll collect unemployment and SAH for a while.  We are in the middle of planning a move back to TX in April anyways so it's just 6 weeks of paychecks I'm losing. So break out the sparkling grape juice lets celebrate!:)
