I'm trying to figure out a good time to exercise....I work from 8:30-5, so When I get home I want to snuggle & play with Emmie & I have to cook dinner. I don't want to exercise too close to bed time b/c it makes me hyper. It's looking like I'll have to get up around 5 am. She wakes at 6 am & then I have to start getting ready for work at 7.
I don't wanna wake up at 5 am!!!! (whines)
LOL!
what do you girls do?

What about on your lunch break? I practically lived at work (6-5) so I would do it on luch. I would do 20 mins cardio, 10 mins weights.
I'm confused.....
what is "exercise"?
LOL,
All Day & Night... taking care of a newborn is exercise!
My goal for the month is to work out twice a week. I get up and go super early one day during the week and one day on the weekend.
Next month, I'm, hoping to get up to 3 times a week.
this.
DH has tried to start a routine though. When DS wakes up I feed him, DH changes his diaper and puts him in his swing or on his mat for a little "play" time. While DS plays DH works out with a Wii program.
This... I get exercise when the only thing that will soothe DD is speed walking in circles around my living room at 4 in the morning. ?
With my first - I used to do it right when we got home - we'd go for a walk or run with a jogging stroller. Then when it was colder, I'd work out while he hung out in his bouncy seat as soon as we got home. Then as he got more mobile, I'd do it when he went to bed at 8. Or have DH give DS a bath and do it while he was bathing (30 min to bathe and get him in his pj's). Then it changed as he watches TV at 7, so I'd do it while he watched TV. Then I got pregnant w/ #2 - and now I'm not 6 weeks post pardum yet - so no exercising for me yet . . . .
